The first battle of Loc Ninh was a battle in the Vietnam War occurred between Oct - Nov 1967, fought by the Vietcong and the CIDG, and ended when ARVN and US forces came to the camp. The vietcong suffered 850 casualties. This battle is not to be confused with the battle fought in 1972.
