I have been collecting children's books for about 10 years. I just came across Catherine Rayner's books about a week ago. This book is by far my favorite of all my books. Catherine's story of the tiger, the lay out of the tiger on the pages. The ending was great. It was great to imagine this majestic animal to have such warm and strength both. The ending was beautiful.

It was ok but some of her other books are better. Don't like the illustrations. What more can I say. The kids will fill in the rest/

This is a great book. I will be sharing it with many children at church and at school. The illustrations are charming and the story is a wonderful lesson with out being heavy handed.

The story, text, and pictures are all really beautiful. It's a gentle story about a tiger who can't find his smile. But after searching all over the earth, he finds it reflecting back at him from a puddle. It's a great accompaniment or alternative to "When Sophie Gets Angry... Really Really Angry." It has the same message of going out for some exercise and a dose of nature to help calm down and cheer up. This is one of my favourite children's books.

This is one of my favourite books to read with my 2 year old. The illustrations are absolutely gorgeous and the story is one of the few that I never get bored of, even having read it about 10,000 times!

Bellissime illustrazioni ed una una storia breve, semplice e eppure molto profonda. Adatto a tutti i bambini, anche quelli nascosti in ognuno di noi. È però in lingua inglese.
